- Opens easily with a easy to use thumb stud
- fits will in a pocket
- personally like the 1/3rd serration style of the blade
- feels good in hand
- liner lock works great for heavier work
- no wiggle front back side to side or up/down

side note
- pocket clips is pretty tight but adjustable so depends if you like tighter or more lose clips ( a little more tight than the extreme ops line )

Cons
- the top does bulge out a bit which makes it harder to conceal and a bit akward looking
- the main screw of the knife cannot be adjusted
