(More customer reviews)So this is review is going to be skewed from the get go.Don't get me wrong, I do 'like' the knife I received (worthy of 4 stars), BUT THEY SENT THE WRONG VERSION!This knife shipped from an outside vendor that Amazon uses, so in no way do I feel that Amazon has a direct responsibility for the problem and I will continue to shop Amazon per normal.The outside vendor failed to properly pick the correct model, what I received is Smith & Wesson SWMP4LB M&P Linerlock Knife with 2nd Generation MAGIC Assisted Open and Drop Point Blade, Black and not the serrated version as ordered.So not only got the wrong knife but also out a whopping $1.28 for the mistake.I looked into exchanging it, but they only do refunds and who knows what will happen if I try to re-order this one again.I had already recently added the Smith & Wesson SWMP4L M&P Linerlock Knife with 2nd Generation MAGIC Assisted Open and Drop Point Blade to my collection so that one is going back for a refund and I'm keeping the SWMP4LB because I do like it better (except for the missing serrations).The safety on the 'LB' is definitely improved over the 'L' and does not exhibit the problems of being too loose and easily engaging at inopportune times.The thumb button is still wonky and hard for me to find that just right position to flick it open, but the button on the spine is still sweet for getting the blade to swing open with lightning speed with my index finger.I like it, looks cool, unique design, has attitude, very solid, and fun to manipulate.Definitely not something to carry everyday, more of a conversation piece, large size and heavyweight construction limit it's uses, wish mine had the serrations, but still neat to have it in the collection.
