It can open and close very smoothly and it locks into place very securely. I have used this knife for many projects and on many camp outs, and it held up well for all of them. The belt clip on it is also very secure and durable. If looks are a factor, this knife covers that to. It looks very sleek and has a cool design. I strongly recommend this knife to anyone who needs a sharp, durable knife.
