Okay, I couldn't help myself when I saw this; I thought it looked super cool and very uniquely designed.I got it as more of a collector's item than anything else, but might take it on hikes/camping or use for around the house stuff. This knife has some weight and size to it so I could never see trying to walk around with this thing in any Brand X superstores or the mall. This knife is almost as big as my Gerber Prodigy when open. The overall fit and finish are good but there is a spot where the edge needs to be touched up near the point, otherwise razor sharp. At first the assisted opening was not getting the blade all the way locked out, but loosened the the hinge nut just a fraction plus a little all-purpose lube and it's working like a charm. The design of the thumb button is a little weird, I find using the top mounted index finger release to be much easier to work (and incredibly fast). The lever on the side, that looks like a slide release to a pistol, is a safety for when the blade is closed. The safety could stand to have a more positive engagement point. It has a lot of play and tends to be a problem mostly when trying to close the blade; if the safety is even slightly engaged you won't be able to get the blade closed at all without recycling back to fully open. Also the potential that the safety could engage unintentionally while carrying it in your pocket.

Pros:
-Solid construction
-Cool design (I think)
-Comfortable to grip
-Index release button (way cool and looks like a gun sight)
-One hand operation
-Unique
-It's just bad!

Cons:
-Probably a little overpriced
-Funky blade safety
-Imperfect blade grind
-Too big for carrying in public

I would buy this again if I had to do it over, though might have waited to see if any sales came along. It's not practical, but that's not why I got it.It's certainly not a toy, but it's a ton of fun to handle, it's impressive to look at, and it just looks mean.
