first of all it was used it had scratches . the instructions and warranty that came with it was for a knife not a pen. the pen itself is very sturdy but with the cap on (they way it looks in the picture) is not sturdy. the press cap does not secure tight when on it shakes and can easily break/bend when used with force. i am not the kind of guy to return things. i bought it to carry with me every day. but was disappointed and went straight to my collection cabinet.
